Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
